Health and Nutrition Coaching

If you only do one of our programs, starting with Health and Nutrition coaching is the way to go.  The way we fuel our bodies impacts all aspects of our lives.   Many women come to me wanting to lose weight, but weight loss is a byproduct of all of the rest of our bodies systems working well.  If you’re digesting your food well and getting adequate nutrients your gut health improves, your mental health improves and your energy improves.  The beauty of one on one coaching is that we can focus on Your own personal goal and make a plan to achieve it together.  

It’s about looking at the bigger picture.  We look at exercise, eating, wellness and food, not just in terms of calories, but in how it makes you feel emotionally and physically.

We meet up once a week to chat and review how you’ve been going and make adjustments as we go.  It is about finding your bio-individuality.  There is something that will work for you, we just need to find it.  You can always email with any questions and we will check in via email as regularly as you think is required.

Online Personal Training

There are a number of reasons someone might do online personal training.   Getting to the gym is sometimes too hard,or many of our clients find it intimidating .  Online personal training begins with us talking about your goals then we create a workout complete with videos to help you achieve that goal. Each week we will ask you to video a particular movement or section to give feedback and tailor your workout accordingly.  Once again we are always happy to answer any questions of give feedback as needed.

Benefits of Online Personal Training include

  • You can do it in your own time, and don’t need to coordinate schedules with a trainer, or rush to the gym.
  • We can make it work around the equipment and facilities you have, or make it predominantly body weight exercises if it’s just you and your lounge room floor.  If you want to work out in a gym that’s great too.  It’s 100% personalized for you.
  • It is a lot more affordable than having an in person, personal trainer.  And while it may cost more than a free/super cheap generic fitness program you find online, those sorts of programs aren’t personalized to your goals, you don’t get feedback and most importantly you don’t have accountability so it’s easy for you to make excuses and quit when you’re on your own.
  • Being online means everything is tracked and you can see actual results.
